Well, apparently the brits seem to think so as evidenced by this study:

The King’s College London team believe the G-spot may be a figment of women’s imagination, encouraged by magazines and sex therapists.

Then again, my bretheren would seem to disagree (offering up hope):

The latest research, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, was carried out the Dr Emmanuele Jannini at the University of L'Aquila... Dr Jannini said: “For the first time, it is possible to determine by a simple, rapid and inexpensive method if a woman has got a G spot or not.”

Or is it simply a matter or genes, or who a woman allows into her jeans?

The reason why some women have problems reaching orgasm might be down to their genes, say UK scientists.

Either way, there is no denying you ladies are a complicated lot. :)
